Shipping Policy
Physical products are mailed via USPS, domestic shipping only. Orders are processes and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times range from 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days during busy holiday seasons.
Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as ‘delivered’ when the package reaches your local post office – we advise to give the post office a call and arrange for pickup or delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Digital items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after purchase.
Due to Covid-19 and the health & safety of our team, all sales are final and exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective. In the event you received a defective item, an exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by emailing our office.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for that value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are not refundable.
